Greg Machlin writes for TV, film, and theater. With his writing partner, Aoife Baker, he won an Inevitable Foundation fellowship for writers with disabilities (2022), spoke on a San Diego Comic-Con panel about disability, and developed a half-hour military sitcom, Skippy’s List, with the support of Story Incubator Lab.
In theatre, he directed three world premieres, including Adam Hahn’s Feedback Loop (Hollywood Fringe, 2010), which resulted in the production and Machlin being invited to Roanoke, Virginia, where it was presented at Studio Roanoke. As a playwright, Greg received his MFA from the University of Iowa in 2008. His Heideman finalist (“Family Portrait”) premiered at City Circle Theatre Company (Coralville, IA). His radio play “Who Killed Harry Park?” was produced on NPR.
