Okay, I'll be honest. I didn't set out to see this show. The show I was going to see was sold out so I wondered into King Of Kong. SO glad that I did! HILARIOUS! I saw the documentary, but my husband hadn't and we both loved this show. I'm now a huge fan of Lauren Van Kurin & Brendan Hunt - I'll be keeping an eye out for there rise to stardom!! I loved this show! It's the kind of show I hope to see at the Fringe Festival. A non-linear experience where you sit and let the words and movement wash over you and you take it in...feel it. At times it was hypnotic, then funny, then thought provoking -- always engaging. The performers were wonderful. The singing was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend!! ... full review

A wonderful series of well-written, beautifully performed interwoven vignettes -- both funny and touching. The pace clipped along, leaving you looking forward to the next couple to take the stage. Really well done!!... full review

So smart. So sharp. So funny. The script crackled. The actors crushed it. I'd say, don't miss this one...but they have a sold out run! I'm feeling lucky to have snagged a ticket before they were all gone. They may add more shows or, if you're lucky, maybe they'll get an extension after the Fringe.
