What. A. Rush. A sexy, gorgeous, acrobatic, high-octane, sweaty, sexy (yes, I said sexy twice) RUSH. My mouth was frozen in a delighted-jaw-dropped-smile thing the entire time. House of Rabbits whips the talented ensemble into a frothy frenzy with their hard-driving beats and commanding vocals. Cara Manuele is delightful as Lady Windowmirror with a strikingly clear voice that handles the rhyming scheme exceptionally well and carries us through our torrid tour of the lascivious deeds of Voyeurvill...

Queer Classics' Taming was an enjoyable, fascinating, and earnest romp, replete with laughs, lots of energy, and some hilarious audience involvement. I'm still digesting the gender exploration, but they managed to make the final monologue by Kate something palatable, and even touching, rather than the confusing, "Is this just really severe abuse?" reaction I have felt in past productions. The cast was strong overall, and while I usually cringe at liberties taken with the Bard with interjections, ...

I LOVED this show! Charismatic, funny, dangerous, and of course, magical. Saw an 11pm show with a rather vocal audience, which added to the overall hilarity; the boys handled it very well (shouts of, "Stop! Why would you do that?!" etc.) I "volunteered" for a trick and did not regret it one bit! Would definitely see again!!...

Bravo, Queer Classics! Absolutely adored this fresh take on a fabulous classic. Brilliant performances all around (I started to write, "particularly by," but realized literally everyone was fantastic!!)!! It was a packed house when I saw it, and I'd heard a lot of buzz leading up to it, and it definitely did not disappoint. Also, made me hungry for cucumber sandwiches, I recommend having some after. GO!...

Since most of us will probably not leave Earth's orbit in our lifetime, I'm gonna go ahead and say this is probably a comparable experience. As far as the AWESOME factor goes. What a cleverly written show! And all the characters are so distinct, not only in "helmet-color" but in speech and physicality. And the references. The references! Nerd-vana. I love sci-fi and Classical literature, and this show hit e-ver-y-thing. Even Contact. Contact! I had a blast. And now I should probably actually read...

Oh mah gahhh, my face HURT from smiling and laughing throughout this ENTIRE show. These people. THESE PEOPLE. Not only are these reviews just so hilariously written (AND REAL, I still can't get over that), but these actors bring them to life so incredibly vividly. It's amazing to see these live. They are characters, but they're so alive, I feel like I see them among the eccentric masses of Los Angeles daily....

I can't believe there are only three performances of this GEM of a show! I felt like a real patron of Lydia Trueblood's Santa Fe night spot as Lydia told her colorful tale, and Liz Eldridge's total transformation into Lydia is something to behold--and hear! Darkly hilarious, deeply felt, beautifully played. Clara Dykstra could not have been more perfect as Annabelle, Lydia's mute (but angelically-singing, sailor-swearing, musically-inclined) daughter. Her quiet sweetness reminded me of Carrie a b...
