I am working with Boultwood Associates in the United Arab Emirates, where I continue to build my knowledge of construction contracts and commercial project issues. Exploring Quantum analysis UAE has helped me appreciate the importance of accurate cost assessments, clear records, and a sound understanding of contractual obligations when reviewing construction claims. I am particularly interested in how changes to scope, delays, and additional work can affect a project’s financial position. I enjoy approaching these matters carefully and learning from different project scenarios. In my spare time, I like following new infrastructure developments and architectural projects across the UAE.
