Sound Designer
Nick is excited to be participating in his first Fringe festival as the sound designer for Annika Hoseth’s The Unofficial Meet The Robinsons Musical Parody!
Nick is a musician, audio engineer, theatre lover since his first productions in high school, and an all-around tech mad scientist with over 20 years of experience in the live entertainment industry.
Education, literacy, advocacy, and a generally curious nature are at the forefront of his design ethos and overall approach towards life. He is currently a full-time staff member of the CSU Long Beach Theatre Arts department, where he has been both a designer for California Repertory Theatre mainstage productions and a mentor for student designers, in addition to educating students interested in exploring sound design, recording, and live mixing. He has also worked regularly in Theatre Arts department at Golden West College in Huntington Beach since 2019.
Recent designs include The Assemblywomen, Carrie: The Musical, Alice in Slasherland, Red Bike, Yoga Play, Urinetown, This Brilliant Thing, and Ride The Cyclone.
He is expecting to complete his M.M. in Music Technology from NYU Steinhardt in Spring 2027.
