My what a performer Duane is. He invited us in to his world so sweetly and gently and with such charisma and charm, like Nat KC himself. I adored the blending of such beautiful covers with really awful history told in such a matter of fact way, interwoven with tales from Duane’s own life and upbringing. He is so candid and disarming in a way that is never didactic. He seems to have such hope for the world and love and reverence for those who came before him....

Had mollys songs in my head this morning. So much fun. Shes a blast. The character was so well embodied I both loved and despised this character and wanted to be her. So fabulous. The use of being in the wig shop created this otherworldly experience of absurdity. I couldn’t wait to see what Molly sang about next and genuinely think there should be a dance party version of this show with the full tracks. Remixed. It would go OFFF!!!...

Soleil is an excellent and generous performer. The concept of trying to guide Daisy through a video game world as an avid raver is SO much fun and I can’t wait to see where this show goes....

SO FUN!!! The audience was right there on board with Mark from the very get-go. His brand of audience participation was very playful and accessible for shy people. I loooove the concept of lampooning idiots who think they can survive in the wilderness with no skills AND influencers - esp toxic masc ones who think killing a large animal will get them cred....
