As a fan of space and science fiction, I was thrilled. But as a writer? I was in awe! Like all great Sci-fi it uses the fantastical elements of a far off future or galaxy far far away to tell a very human story about people here and now. An incredibly personal story that is simultaneously very specific, and yet feels oddly universal. There are many different levels to this show.
