Haowen Luo 罗浩闻 is an actor and producer from Qingdao, China (中国青岛), and a proud member of The Road Theatre Company. A recent international graduate of Occidental College, he made his Off-Broadway debut as an understudy in SUMO (The Public Theater) and has appeared in The Receptionist, A Dream Play, and Scenes from Metamorphoses at Occidental.
Haowen has helped produce the award-winning Ms. Tucker Will See You Now (Hollywood Fringe Festival 2025), as well as multiple Road Theatre Company productions including Robin, from the Hood, The Civil Twilight, and the 15th and 16th Summer Playwrights Festivals. His producing credits also include Occidental’s annual New Works Festivals in 2023 and 2024, along with other live events.
Guided by his love for theatre, Haowen strives to bridge cultures through storytelling.
