David Hindin (he him his)

David Hindin uses his legal, behavioral science, leadership, and storytelling expertise to help address our ecological crises. His current focuses are affordable housing and land conservation collaboration, climate change, thought leadership, and leading change. David was an enforcement attorney and senior executive at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency protecting public health and the environment. David has been a theatre lover for most of his life and is now developing plays using the education entertainment model of storytelling to advance the greater good.
David has a BS from the University of Michigan, an MS in psychology from Arizona State University and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. David was a Harvard University Advanced Leadership Initiative 2021 Fellow and 2022 Senior Fellow. He is a member of the California Bar (inactive since 2024) and serves on the executive committee of the American Psychological Association’s Division on Environmental, Population and Conservation Psychology.
