Deegie is a fantastic singer and songwriter who takes you on an authentic and relatable journey through her search for love. She's able to take those moments you look back on and cringe, and make them funny and charming. Very entertaining! Recommended....

There is so much heart in this show. Laural is in complete command on stage and the audience is loving every minute, laughing and crying and doing the shimmy! You get the history of Sophie Tucker and the era, lovingly rendered, but you also get so much of Laural herself. Through Ms. Tuckers life and her own, Laural explores themes of loneliness, the search for love, making your own way and finding meaning. A must-see at this year's festival....

Nalini is a powerful force! She takes you through the bleak world of this nameless hospital and its patients with humor and vulnerability. She doesn't shy away from the weird and gross parts of the human experience. It's an inventive mix of character study and burlesque, with a little Laurel and Hardy thrown in!...
