Amalia Mathewson is a playwright and screenwriter based in Los Angeles. Amalia’s work has been featured at Everyday Inferno Theatre (New York, NY), Otherworld Theatre (Chicago, IL), and as part of Muscleflea, a folk/theater collective. She is an alum of the Chicago Playwrights Group and a co-founder of The Furnace, a writers’ reading series in Los Angeles.
