Mahmoud AboBaker is a Palestinian artist born and raised in Damascus, Syria. Mahmoud worked in the cultural scene with multiple institutions and NGOs in Berlin/Germany before moving to Los Angeles. Mahmoud transferred to UCLA from Fullerton College with associate degrees in Film, TV & Electronic Media, and in human expression. He graduated in 2024 from UCLA with a BA in Film & TV, narrative directing concentration. Mahmoud wrote and directed several short films and theater pieces.
