After watching the original show at CSULB, I was excited to see how it would transition into it's new space at The Fringe! For the most part, the essence and visual pull of this piece were very much still alive and breathing! One of my favorite elements of this show was the pure, unadulterated commitment of the actors. This show is an interesting piece. At times like a parfait, others like an onion, the layers of conversation, language, and direction make for an overall wonderful theatre experience. The actors had very clear and familiar relationships with each other, and the space worked (for the most part) well for this intimate show (as it is an intimate look at their relationship).
