This show is exactly what it says it is, and it is pure joy. Go with your friends, or quickly become friends with the folks sitting around you. It's impossible not to feel less shitty when you're in this audience! But be warned - they will make you return the awesome lightsticks at the end....

A heartfelt story - you are really rooting for the characters in this small town. There are a number of stand-out monologues, both compellingly written and performed. The melancholy sadness, and a bit of hope from this story stays with you after you leave the theater. I also loved that this is a queer story that isn't a story about being queer. ...

A freaking delight. Will and Alan are clowns dialed up to 11 (that’s out of 10) from the moment you enter to the moment you exit. Tonally stupid in the smartest way, and smart in the stupidest way. Fringe shows can be hit or miss, but if this one had hit any harder I’d have suffered a concussion....

Heartfelt, and at times uncomfortable in the best way, Mikvah Girls is a provoking piece of theatre that applies to all generations. While its context and characters are very Jewish, the themes of love, fear, repressed sexuality and the complications of growing up in a closed community are widely accessible....
