Janet Chamberlain

Janet Chamberlain is an actress and writer. She toured with Theatre Education Center, Inc. for several years and helped create and perform over 20 original works, touring the East Coast. She was a member of The Working Theatre in New York where she appeared in several Off-Broadway productions of original plays. She most recently appeared as the “Butcher” in THE BUTCHER OF BARABOO at the ROAD THEATRE in Los Angeles. She developed SMORGASBORD in workshop through improvisation and most recently in performance workshop as part of the Kitchen Play Series at the ROAD. Her play, APOSTROPHE 68, was given production and ran for 9 weeks at The Company of Angels. It was awarded an Honorable Mention Award from Women in Theatre.
