A beautiful story told by Sam, packed with jokes in a tight hour-long show. Never a dull moment, never a joke falls flat. Sam shares from his heart and leaves nothing hidden from his audience. I thorouhgly enjoyed myself, and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderfully-crafted solo show about grief, shame, and a complicated father/son relationship. He has one more encore performance Friday July 14th at 8:30pm. Don't miss it! ...

This is a high energy and hilarious sketch comedy show with just enough audience participation to keep you fully engaged for the entire hour. The chemistry between these five dudes is electric and their unique take on sketch comedy is packed with jokes, physicalities, and absurdist scenarios. The way they heighten a joke is unlike any other sketch show I've seen. The festival is over, but follow everything these guys do. ...

Jill Young is a star! She has so much talent that it's bursting out of her in this totally unique hour-long comedy about one woman trying to cope with the impending destruction of planet earth. Her and Calliope have created such an endearing, thoughtful and hilarious piece of theater. I was smiling from ear-to-ear the moment it began. Everyone in the audience was grinning when they weren't howling with laughter. So much fun. I'll remember this show forever. ...

Josiah is a force of nature. An incredibly talented performer with a wide range of characters and diverse set of skills. He embodies what seems like dozens of characters throughout his 90 minute show, committing fully to each one. Josiah gives you 100% of his heart in every scene, whether it be dramatic or comedic, and he is always wildly entertaining and fascinating to behold. Don't miss this, it's one of a kind. ...

Avital is an absolute pleasure to watch. This show is beautiful, honest, and hilarious. She's darkly funny and open and true as she shares stories of her complicated past and the death of her biological mother who never left a note. It's a one of a kind display of raw vulnerability as Avital dares the audience to join her in crafting her own suicide note. Her writing is sharp and her delivery is delightful. I'm blown away by how she can make this stuff funny, and very jealous of her well-crafte...

Brandon is a true powerhouse, and I do not say that lightly. I've never seen a performer like him. This show is funny, compassionate, and beautifully executed. It's an entertaining and sincere piece of art, and it's completely original. Brandon writes and performs from the depths of his heart, with raw self-examination and curiosity, and from the very beginning of the show, it's impossible not to love him. Also, this dude is an acrobat. He moves like he's part of Cirque Du Soleil, and that's no e...

Claire is an open nerve and her show had a profound effect on me. It's so rare that I see a show that changes the way I view performance in general, and A Retrospection is one of them. Claire is so beautifully funny and wildly creative. The show is absurdist comedy with raw, honest self-examination. She is a fascinating artist and spectacle and I can't wait to see what she does in Edinburgh. Go see this show! ...
