This was so unique, wacky, and hilarious! It's not every day that you get a 1:1 personalized theatrical experience based on a complaint you have. The creativity around how they used my complaint and what they did with it was something I could have never expected. And there was also a very REAL moment where I actually got good advice around my complaint. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in being immersed in a personalized experience!...
