I am not a stooge ;) I give this show high recommendation because Max does some truly high level Mentalism/magic effects that will leave the audience astounded. Max has great stage presence and really took the time to learn very ones name so we felt like he cared and was part of the show. The show is a visual treat. Totally entertaining. I have a particular interest in Warhol and his factory days. I read the book Edie and also saw the Warhol Frankenstein movie back in the days, so I was delighted by all the references. However even if it. Is unfamiliar territory to some audience members it will still be a fun and quirky frolic, Stephen Vlasak is a veteran Fringe director with a wide and interesting range of material. Wonderful show! Highly recommended. I’ve seen Liza perform a few different shows and she is an absolute superstar as a performer. She takes over the stage. When the show started I saw that it was interactive and audience members were taking over the mic and singing. My stomach dropped, please don’t put me on the spot. Highly recommended! I enjoy magic shows, but I’ve seen some terrible magic shows. This show is a wonderful show because it points out some of the pitfalls of the typical magic show. I won’t give any spoilers but Benjamin is right on point in recognizing why magic can get a bad rap among audience members. He is willing to be vulnerable and conscious. As a fan of magic I try to catch as many “magic shows” at the Fringe as I can. This show was a standout! Fringe audiences were treated to high caliber, mind blowing Las Vegas quality effects far beyond the small theater. This show deserves a standing place in a large theater. Absolutely loved this show! I laughed my ass off and so did the whole audience. And considering the political landscape out there it was really refreshing to be able to laugh at the racial issues that are causing so much tension.
