Ed Moreno
I am an Equity Theatre actor, Film/commercial actor, a Teacher, and a writer.
I have ridiculously humble beginnings, born and raised in the projects and made it out to be a full time actor.
My mission as an artist is to bridge the gap between the arts and poverty. Too often the poor are excluded from the privilege of participating in the arts because it’s cut from the curriculum in public schools. There is also a lack of representation in the arts of these communities, not just in terms of ethnicity but also an artist who has actually grown up in these communities.
I aim to be that representation, never forget where I come from, and help make the arts more inclusive wether it’s in my accomplishments as an actor or in my writing.
