He gives his all and brings you right along with him in this incredibly honest, yet totally bizarre wild ride of a show. He pushes you just enough but reels you in with true beauty. Such a fun and bizarre evening filled with play and ridiculousness. Alex Kern's alcoholic (my interpretation) and lonely party host 'Cynthia' brings us all in along an evening of laughter, discomfort and joy. What a show! You can tell how much thought and time went into crafting this piece and it shows. Josiah seamlessly carries the audience through a beautifully funny fever dream that takes us to a vulnerable beautiful truth. The acting in this was wonderful. A great script that the actors brought to life so well and had the audience holding their breath and vocally responding moment to moment. I absolutely loved this show and highly recommend it. Nick’s presence and intensity onstage is magnetic and my heart was racing the entire time—a reflection of his incredible storytelling. The show is laugh out loud funny with moments balancing between silly and dark humor, but equally finds its way into depths that had tears dropping out of my eyeballs.
