Emily Champlin
Emily (she/they) is a non-binary actor, comedian, and writer based in Los Angeles, CA. Originally hailing from the south suburbs of Chicago, IL, Emily got her start as a member of Second City Chicago’s Teen Improv Ensemble before going on to earn their BA in Theatre from Truman State University.
She is a graduate of The Second City Conservatory and has studied at Annie Grindlay Studio, Actors Comedy Studio, The Pack Theater, UCB, Killian’s Workshop, and TVI Studios. Emily can be seen performing bi-monthly at The Pack Theater with graduated house sketch team Goldbaby, who had sold out SF Sketchfest shows in 2020 & 2023 and were nominated for BEST COMEDY at Hollywood Fringe Festival 2021. Emily’s work with Goldbaby has been featured on WhoHaha.
