Susana Hornos
I am Susana Hornos, I am an author, actress and producer from Spain. I lived and worked the last 20 years in Argentina. I am always surprised when my acting colleagues say that they always knew they were going to be actors. I wonder how many of our games as children we confused with the passion that one day we would turn into work. I can’t be sure if the tales I wrote at eight years of age were the beginnings of what I now consider myself to be: a story-teller, nearly always in the theatre, sometimes directing, often writing or as an actress, but always for the same reason: to feel that I was taking part in conveying a story.
Lately life brought me back to Spain to produce and perform my last 2 shows “Almost a Widow” premiered on November 2018 and “María Teresa y el León” opening on March 15th. Hopefully I will be able to perform one of them on The Hollywood Fringe this year.
