This was the most brilliant piece of theatre I have seen in decades! It's what I imagined theatre was in ancient times: a ritual that literally transforms the audience. I could write long enthusiastic paragraphs about Sam Wright's masterful writing skills, his wide ranged acting abilities, the razor sharp intelligence exuding from his gazelle like body but I would be missing the mark. The show was refreshing, engaging and fun to witness and most of all unpredictable. Ben has a sweetness and vulnerability which really made me care about this failing desperado salesman character. I loved that he made us, the audience participate in his own disincorporation. ... full review

I'm glad I went to a late night show because it was like walking into a dream. Annabella's mythic presence was haunting. I loved how fluent she was in the language of dance and in the language of her own humanity. And the live music was haunting and exhilarating. ... full review
