Oh My Goodness! SO MUCH FUN! Steve is a gifted writer, song-writer, and singer. I was fully immersed in the story. The songs and lyrics were clever and catchy. Steve is so likeable on stage. Thoroughly entertained!... full review

Schmaltzy & Princie: Diary of a Not-So-Great Daddy's Girl

What a beautiful story of a relationship between a daughter and father. I was absolutely Gobsmacked towards the end. Totally did not see that coming. My heart ached for MaryLee. I could feel her father desperately wanting to ease her pain from beyond. ... full review

BIRTHDAY

Michael has such a unique style of storytelling. His 'off the cuff' style had me on the edge of my seat. He opens up his heart, as he goes through the few keepsake pieces that he could save from being destroyed in a fire. What a rollercoaster ride of emotions from the devastation of tragedy to the liberation of surrender to what is and choosing to live on the edge of sweet memories. ... full review

Too Big For Her Britches

It really is baffling how the world tries to keep us small. Like that 'Gopher Game' in carnivals where you take a mallet and bonk peeking heads of gophers back in their holes. Lisa's dueling personalities, 'Warrioress' and 'Shame' are in all of us as we grow and develop to discover who we are. Most of us can relate to the narcissitic parent whom we can never get approval from. Lisa is more than triple threat! Playwright, Acting, Song writer, Singing, AND Dancing?... full review

On Jenna's first song she evoked an emotion in me that was so comforting, I cried. It wasn't sadness. It wasn't happiness. It was PEACE. Poetry in motion. Well done Jenna!🥰... full review

I Have Too Many Feelings

In my opinion, solo-artistry allows for the non-professional actors and playwrights to brave the stage and share their life-stories. As a professional comedian and actor, Ms Bethany is no exception to the mountainous feat of facing fears and demons to create a masterpiece(continuously a work in progress) She undoubtedly is hilarious! That's her superpower. She's comfortable there. But then she allows you to see past her comedy and in through her personal hell of growing up. She addresses her stru... full review

And the Beat Goes On: A Comedic Cabaret

Frontline Heroes of the world! You gotta see one of your own gracing the stage! By day she's Florence Nightingale. By night she's literally a songbird! Oh the intricate details of the miseries Charley had to endure. But she tells of her woes in such a comedic way that you're caught off-guard laughing with her and NOT at her. Her musical parodies are cleverly written to share her story in song with a groovy LIVE 3 piece band to boot! (Her son, Andrew, is the keyboardist and bandmaster) ... full review

VERSATILE

To look at Kevin at first glance I saw a Caucasian male. But when I looked closer I then noticed his afro curls. But even, still not until he got 5 minutes in to his show did I find out he was mixed. Well, no wonder he's so uniquely handsome. I assumed life was pretty good for him. I mean good looking people SEEM to have charmed lives simply because of their natural beauty. But then Kevin's story starts to unfold... Kevin tells his story growing out of foster care into a mixed black gay man. He... full review

White Privilege Lost: Comedic Cabaret On Screwing Up A Life

I have so much in common with Charley! I, too, work in the medical field and revel in the freedom of performing on stage. I applaud her boldness to step up and share her story of irony cleverly peppered with lyrics and music to give a comedy relief through dark moments of her life.... full review
