A hilarious, beautifully deranged coming-of-age—slash coming-of-middle-age—story, told by one of the best performers you’ll see at Fringe. This show sends up many of the tropes we’re familiar with from other “Smalltown Girl Moves to the Big City” stories, but it transcends parody. It’s a vehicle for a truly gifted clown to do some spectacularly dumb stuff for your amusement....

A masterful storytelling show that manages to be funny, provocative, exciting, enlightening, and disturbing by turns. It asks big questions about the creator’s place in the world as a disabled man, and maybe even bigger questions about the nature of Story and our human need for it. The audience is culpable here, and we know it....
