So good! Engaged and with them the entire way through. A solid, very well acted and directed one-woman show set in a sort of black box purgatory while an actress from the 30’s (or 50’s? Something old-Hollywood lol) is trying to figure out how she died while using the audience for help. Great concept. Well executed.... full review

Wow. Wtf. What a journey. I absolutely love the vehicle Gregory decided to use for their one-person show. You see all these one-person shows at Fringe, and then you’re like “woah… a surrealist one-person show named… idk… qwifka..” and then you buy a ticket and you’re like, “WTF the best show I’ve seen this season HANDS DOWN.” Insane. This show is so cool. It's such a unique way to tell stories. It's like we get to hijack Kelsey's nostalgia as she sings these songs since she's telling stories about them and why they mean so much to her before she sings them. We get to live in that moment with her for that little bit while she's singing, and it's just such a cool feeling and idea for a show! You really are transported, and get to feel what she's feeling in the moment of these stories. Really freaking cool.... full review

This was fantastic. You really should go to this if you can. Samantha's characterization of a 14 year old queer girl was nuanced, hilarious at many many times, but also really deep and sentimental, and thought provoking at others. It's a great story, told sometimes in a poetic way at times, other times in a very simple straightforward way. Hair but with funky, soulful music and an enjoyable and sweet through line. The five female leads had tight harmonies, and the band was right there with them. Fantastic!... full review
