Description
Paul Koslo, a founding member of the MET Theatre (who we lost earlier this year) was a man dedicated to making outstanding theatre for his entire life. With this award, we’d like to honor outstanding theatre makers who reflect that same bold, creative, and inspirational spirit as was possessed by our beloved Mr. Koslo.
Qualifications
All registered Fringe productions are eligible.
Methodology
MET Theatre Artistic Director, L. F. Esquerra and a 2nd representative will evaluate shows — taking into account the production strengths of writing/directing/acting, as well as the emotional/psychological/aesthetic power of story and performance.
Reward
A physical reward of a statuette, plaque, or the like will be provided, but most importantly, the award comes with 20 Free Rehearsal Hours (a $500 value) at the MET Theatre on the Paul Koslo Stage in the Great Scott space.
