What I liked
I enjoyed the original composition of every song and the narration that came along with it. The storytelling was well done and cohesive.
Bravo to the incredible team of beautiful musicians!
What I didn't like
I think this musical could only improve with Homegrown continuing to perform it. I think the intuitive improvements will come with continuing the journey and performing.
These performers are professionals and know how to read the room. They take their time to review the recordings/reviews and actually make improvements & listen. Not many groups do that.
My overall impression
I was very impressed with the talent among the collective. The marriage of sound and play was exactly what their souls were looking for. It came across well in their performance and collective energy.
