This show was a spectacular and incredibly unique performance, showcasing the prime obstacle to living our lives authentically and to our fullest capacities in this human experience: our ego. The structural concept of the show is an addict’s support group – paralleling addiction to substances with addiction to our alter-egos, our layers of ‘masks’ of our persona that we wear as protective gear from both pain and trauma. The show hints that many of these masks have been placed on us through our childhood experiences but that there are some we place on ourselves and are subconsciously holding on to. It emphasizes that it’s our responsibility to de-mask and de-layer and let go of our “addiction.” I found this incredibly brilliant and witty beca... full review

This show is such a great combination of comedy and deep, dark truth-telling. I was so impressed by the level of vulnerability on stage, as well as their use of character work. I saw it over live stream and could only wish that I were there to see it in person! ... full review

Insanely powerful storytelling by two powerhouse actresses who deserve to be seen by the world. Jessica and Meghan embody two women who attempt to shed their egos to change their life for the better, yet it is not an easy transition to make. The vulnerability and raw emotion in this play will keep you drawn in and thinking even long after it is over. Absolutely fantastic. ... full review

Unmasked Anonymous is an honest and truthful depiction of the ego, what most of us battle every single day. The show is thought provoking and urges you to get to know yourself better as you get to know the characters. Very interesting concept and well thought out. ... full review

I didn't know what to expect when I went to see this show. Or, was it a meeting? See! It was all a surprise. Loved the concept and the interactive part of the show. The performances of Megan and Jessica were interesting and funny yet also disturbing. I wasn't sure if I was listening to a real story of the character or a made up one. I'm still thinking about that. Great show, fun to watch, definitely one to go see.... full review

“Welcome to UA: Unmasked Anonymous” is bold, brave, and at times laugh-out-loud funny show created and preformed by Jessica Jordan and Megan Caccamo. The show is part scripted, part improvised, with a bit of audience participation. Through a variety of characters these versatile actors shed their many layers of ego, laying bare their pain. The humor comes from recognizing and relating to the masks we all hide behind. Jessica and Megan’s hilarious and at times searing performances left me with a lot to consider. A powerful night of theater that I highly recommend!... full review
