There have been a lot of films about grief lately, but you managed to do something more human than I’ve seen. Your exploration of this horrible incident from the perspective of so many characters, only getting to your perspective at the end, tore my heart out. You also played so many different POV’s without ever feeling judgmental, it was spectacular.
What I didn't like
This is a hard one because your show WORKED. There are probably some sections that could be tightened based on how it felt to you, but I would have to see it again to be specific. I’m sorry that’s not helpful it won’t let me submit without filling in this box!
My overall impression
Texas Hellfire is deeply moving show that I can’t get out of my head — it’s stayed with me for days. Katharine Everett is an absolute force on stage, switching between a range of characters with such empathy it’s hard to believe she’s the only one on stage. An absolute must see!!
