What I liked
Acting was great. Scott Leggett and Nedra Gallegos are touching and funny and emotionally rich, and from the moment the play starts you know you’re in good hands. The set-up—which could have devolved into caricature in lesser hands—was handled sensitively and provocatively. Simple staging, set, lighting and design concepts allowed for the language and the portrayals to work their magic.
What I didn't like
The play just needs more people to see it! GO!!
My overall impression
Fantastic portrayal of two flawed, likable, fully-realized characters from two ends of the political spectrum. Topical without pandering, IF I’M GOOD is tight, funny, moving, and challenging, brought to life by two consummate pros.
