Nedra Gallegos and Scott Leggett are powerhouse performers. They embody the light and the dark of these fully formed characters.
It also tackled the thorny issues that are currently dividing the country without manufacturing a “both sides” paradigm. If I’m Good also pulls off a magic trick where Trumper and Liberal alike can see themselves reflected in the story at their most righteous and at their ugliest.

My overall impression
A beautifully crafted two-hander that takes what you think you know about “the other side” and turns it on it’s head. Powerfully empathetic performances, beautiful direction, and a tight script take what could have been a standard diatribe about politics in the COVID era and makes you reassess your beliefs.
