What I liked
Levy is a fantastic playwright and engaging performer. His ability to connect with his past yet be emotionally present filled the room with laughter and brought the audience to tears. It’s a perfect story for this time, exploring race through his life while connecting with the whole of humanity. Black is indeed beautiful, but no matter the race, gender, economic, political, or age difference a person may have, they will find similarities within this show.
What I didn't like
More Fringe promotion – this show deserves a full audience for every performance.

A well-rounded presentation – passionate, funny, engaging, reflective, heartbreaking, thrilling, and empowering.
