I truly commend this production for being completely honest and brave at every step of the performance. As a therapist myself I know how difficult it is to talk about mental health in such a vulnerable way, exposing the deepest and most personal struggles that we experience in the mind. It's so tempting to keep these struggles inside for no one to ever know about them, but as this show beautifully articulates, the pain usually stays within us for a long time until we finally release it. I highly recommend this production for everyone because the reality of the human experiences that we will all likely experience deep internal distress at some point in our life and it's critical that we are able to be open and honest with our suffering.
