What I liked

The use of multimedia made the show feel so immersive that you truly feel like the protagonist in the story, relate to her more, and understand her POV. The use of animated figures further strengthened that feeling as it reminded me of a “choose your own adventure” video game. Everleigh has great stage presence, comedic timing, and bring a lot of energy to the performance.

What I didn't like

Sometimes I felt that scenes were moving too fast and I got lost between who is Conor and who is Axel.

My overall impression

Brave Face is a thought-provoking, vulnerable, and intense piece about sexual assault. It is cinematic, captivating, and electrifying.
