What I liked

I liked the reflections of the writers throughout the show. The beats, rewriting, discussion of why they were writing the characters in a particular way was cool to see. I really loved the humor as well!

What I didn't like

My only feedback is maybe working with the sound to lower the volume during speaking moments.

My overall impression

This show was refreshing! I hadn’t been to a production like this in a while, so it was awesome to witness a two-person play centering the experiences of the Black & LGBTQ+ communities. It explored the intersectionality of Black & LGBTQ+ experiences towards liberation in a realistic way. Loved it!
