What I liked

This show is fun and funny but also deep and expansive. Two handers are some of the most difficult shows to do because the show lies on the shoulders of just two actors… and yet they carried that weight brilliantly. The shift from present day to the past or to the writers to the writing was efficient and helped keep the story moving. The actors had a bravado of two seasoned and experienced artists which kept us all staring and intrigued. All in all, the show was fun but enlightening, which is what any show goer looks for.

What I didn't like

Can’t think of anything else to improve! Great show!

My overall impression

This play was concise and thought provoking. Dealing with relevant issues in todays world made the play seem almost timeless yet modern at the same time. The ripping of band aids between friendships facing their own prejudices was raw and compelling. It gave us a perspective that I think many of us are too afraid to face ourselves. With its insight of nuances on race and queerness along with its comedy makes this play a must see for your heart and for your soul.
