What I liked
The bear, the melon, the seaweed, the weird calls – I loved that she didn’t question anything so we didn’t. Of course Bernie Sanders called to cancel! Donetella just couldn’t make it, the stupid bitch! When you mounted the audience member! When you were so cocky and then so insecure and then so vulnerable and then annoyed and then hurt and then having fun and then dancing and then eating a melon and then you were a bear. I just… really loved it and think Alex is fabulous.

My overall impression
I absolutely loved this weird ass piece of theatre. I laughed and laughed and then sort of wanted to cry and then I laughed again instead. It was brave, exciting, completely unique and just fabulous. Alex is such a committed and specific performer, and that character lived in every bone in her body. She was alive with it. I just loved it and would see it 40 times.
