The crowd work and improv is fantastic. Alex is fully in control of the story and the space, and although some of the show relies on what the audience gives, she totally handled whatever they threw her way. This character is fully fleshed out, and it’s clear from the moment she walks onstage that we are in her world. The pacing is perfect, things spiral and we go from a chaotic party to a more somber one in a surprisingly beautiful conclusion. I don’t typically see shows twice, but I’m trying my best to see this one again.

My overall impression
This show was completely unpredictable, absurd, unhinged, hilarious, with an ending that I haven’t stopped thinking about. Alex is, and I don’t say this lightly, a comedic genius.
