This was my second time seeing "I Can't Indian Good" and I was just as engaged on this viewing - if not even more than I was the first time. The show is topical and relevant, raising strong ideas that make for fruitful discussions and asking the right questions, about how we see ourselves in society and the importance of diversity in representation. While the story is nuanced and specific to Brandon's life and identity, the story is told in a way that anyone can appreciate and relate to. An unapologetic celebration of embracing who you are with pride, while simultaneously letting go of feeling self inflicted shame for not living up to perceived & internalized expectations. A must see show.... full review

I Can't Indian Good is a hilarious and moving show from the incredibly talented Brandon Raman. This show is a perfect blend of comedy and drama that feels very personal yet universal at the same time. I identified with the material as an American born child of immigrants but also as someone who just never felt like they belonged anywhere. I would gladly recommend this show to anyone!... full review

‘I Can’t Indian Good’ is a hilarious and heartbreaking show punctuated by Brandon Raman’s explosively physical comedy and his laser-focused characterizations. Brandon tackles his own relationships with racism, privilege, and identity via a Scroog-ian conceit, but with more Indian uncles and Bollywood action-dance-love scenes.... full review

This show is an absolute must see. Brandon does something that can be monumentally difficult in a solo show - he entertains. This is one of the most flat-out entertaining shows Ive ever seen, solo or otherwise. Brandon is the sort of comedy wielding action star Hollywood is looking for, and his show is funny, relatable, exciting, and touching.... full review

What makes this special isn’t Brandon’s excellent comedic timing or his dramatic chops - it’s his physicality. He leaps from the back of the stage to the front, nails multiple dance numbers, and even has a fight scene with himself. Well worth a watch.... full review
