I was reminded of Lauryn Hill’s “Unplugged No. 2.0” performance from 2001. Some will find it a genuinely emotionally naked foray into new artistic territory; an extreme talent navigating genius and emotional turmoil through confession and song. Others will find it overwrought, self-indulgent, unfinished, and possessing an almost narcissistic lack of self-awareness. I could make both arguments, but I lean toward the latter view. If you are attracted to experimental one-person shows exploring the human relationship with the divine, you will likely enjoy this piece, and it will possibly – as the author puts it – “inspire you to become a conscious Life Artist.” I'm just not its audience. ... full review

What a wonderful one woman show Aria has produced. I'm so glad my wife and I made time to who see it. It's an autobiographical tale of overcoming obstacles to find inspiration and ultimately her true self. You can get filled in on the details when you go see Aria's performance for yourself. I can tell you the story moved me deeply and the music, which was the highlife for me, infused the narrative with soul, delight, tragedy and ultimately hope. All day today, I've been visited by the melody and words of Aria's original songs, which she sings with the most lovely voice. A real treat. ... full review

Aria is a magnificent performer… her acting, singing and original songs are phenomenal… it’s clear she is following her muse, her Osun and her creative expression is a healing force! Her beauty and talent shine strong and bright in this moving performance — a performance that is raw and vulnerable yet also sophisticated and insightful. The journey we take with Aria is painful, yes, but ultimately healing.
