What I liked
It was hilarious and touching from start to finish. I loved her choice of structure for telling the story and her characterization of her mother in particular.
What I didn't like
The audience laughed so hard some of Roni’s brilliant lines got lost in the laughter. A wonderful “problem” and testament to her skillful performance.
My overall impression
WOW what a spectacular show! I was impressed by everything from the set design to Roni’s deft multitasking on stage to her vulnerability in sharing her experiences. She had the audience laughing out loud one moment and gasping in shock the next. What a fun and talented performer to watch!
