What I liked
I loved the action sequences. And as a mother, I thought Arianna Basco’s performance was incredibly emotional and impactful. I also loved the use of the space and the props that were created.
What I didn't like
Hopefully it can be performed in a larger venue in the future, so that more people will be able to see this.
My overall impression
As a Filipino actor, I was immediately overwhelmed with emotion seeing an entire cast of Filipino performers on stage. Some friends, some of whom I just met that day- telling this incredible Filipino story. A story that had so many twist and turns, I was so excited to see how it would end. Exceptional work by the entire team. It made me feel seen, and so proud to be a Filipino in an incredible community.
