About the Project
EMPTY is a solo theater play blending comedy, raw storytelling, and live performance.
Written and performed by trans/non-binary actress and writer Hera Anderson, the
play explores identity, survival, and resilience through humor and vulnerability.
With minimal staging and a close performer–audience connection, EMPTY balances absurd comedy with heartfelt moments, inviting both laughter and reflection. The piece challenges stereotypes and brings an authentic transgender voice to the stage in a format that is intimate, direct, and deeply human.
