I loved how through the entire show, you learn how to make a perfect pho, as well as a few other dishes! You get to learn about the history and culture of multiple Asian countries alongside our heroine Brigitte. This play is truly about finding where you belong, and how even though you might feel split at times, your family will always be whee you belong.
What I didn't like
Nothing that I can think of! Fantastic play.
My overall impression
A deliciously intriguing story about family dynamics, and finding out who you truly are. Brigitte makes you feel like you’re sitting in her living room, watching her cook as you tells you her story. This play is filled with tasty tidbits of cooking knowledge, as well as a heartwarming lesson of no matter where you come from, we all can come together in the end.
