This was very well-done, from the direction, "the writing" and the performances. It's not really my kind of thing, but I was truly impressed and appreciated the creativity. ... full review

This was one of my Fringe Festival "gambles": I wanted to see how can one hour about saving a giant eggshell, the dialogue all in a gibberish only the actors, apparently, understand, could be compelling. I STILL don't understand everything that takes place, but I now have a little idea about how this tortuously difficult writing job succeeds: an endlessly involved writer/director who really directs a tight cast. Elizabeth Colon Nelson, Gabriel McKinney, and Tim Reid are each superb. Wordless ensemble performance at its most expressive. ... full review

Søren Olsen explores the word of light, sound, and complete gibberish with his carefully choreographed play, Eggshell. The talents of Elizabeth Colon Nelson, Gabriel McKinney, and Tim Reid shine through Olsen's meticulously outlined original performance piece that takes its audiences on a whimsical journey the the topsy-turvy world of the machine. While Eggshell isn't for everyone, I urge those looking for a "fringy" experience to take a crack at it. ... full review
