Ishmaeal, a modern interpretation of Herman Melville’s Moby Dick, tells the story of one mans lust to succeed over nature. Ishmael takes a look at the whaling industry in 19th century America, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of this long gone industry. Directed and produced by Benny Lumpkins, Lumpkins promises to incite audiences to examine the whaling industry as an alternative fuel source once again.
