Michael Mullen knocks it out of the park again in another fantastic production for the fringe festival! Yes it’s a heavy dark comedy, which is a little too on the nose in light of today’s current events, but it’s Durang, so I feel like you already know what to expect with this level of satire and absurdity. ...

When we are welcomed into the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrow, the good Sister Mary Ignatius proceeds to lecture us on the basic tenants of her Catholic faith. To say she is a bit twisted is an understatement. Michael Mullen handles the role with great skill and enthusiasm, drawing you into the lessons being presented - even if you don't agree with them. But when the "pageant" begins, be ready for a strange turn of events....
