Meg is so personable, you feel as if she’s talking to us, not “doing a show” or “acting.” The details of her childhood and beyond are so specific, which really pulled me in. I loved the humor, too, I was smiling and chuckling constantly. But of course, there were tender and sad moments, too, and those were not glossed over. Bravo!
What I didn't like
Can’t really think of anything. I felt lucky to get to see the video recording of the show (the virtual live feed was glitchy when I watched, so I watched the whole recording a couple days after. BTW, I would not recommend seeing this or any show virtually). Thank you!
My overall impression
I loved this show, very personal, revealing, moving — and told with humor!
