One of my favorite Fringe shows of 2022! The acting and writing are top shelf and I found myself wanting to know more about the work and life of Royko! Mitchell is an impressive actor. To create a solo show with heavy dialogue that spans decades of ones life is not an easy feat and Mitchell did it seamlessly! I truly hope this show gets an extended run somewhere. This was a GREAT show. The time flew by. I could watch Mitchell all day. I learned a lot about Mike Royko. I knew who Royko was, but now I feel I know who he is. We need more Mike Roykos in the world and less bias journalism. I hope this show comes back for a longer, extended run.... full review

Bisschop lights up the stage in this incredible solo show that proves to audiences that he is one of the best actors in Hollywood. Taking on the roles of Mike Royko and Studs Terkel, Mitchell digs deep and gives so much to his performance that you feel you are actually listening to these two journalism giants chronicle some of the most powerful moments in history. It's amazing. The pacing is on point as he takes his audience on a journey they are not expecting, but so glad they attended. If you can see this show, DO IT!... full review
